Could be Odonium or velvet disease. Look at the disease section. What is the size of aquarium, water parameters, wc regime, filter, stock?

Are the Discus swimming near the surface of the water? Shi Fu recommends Maracyn-Two.

Are all the fish flashing? Is the complete fish covered in the excess mucus. Is the fish hanging near the surface, isolated, breathing fast, using one gill.? Is this a new fish or one that's been in the tank for awhile?.

What are the water parameters/

Dumping in antibiotics if this is a parasite problem or a water quality one is going to do much good

Fish is back to normal again. I transfer the 3 fishes to my 5 ft tank and is OK after 2 days. Probably the 2 feet tank water is bad.
