Yeah, I am not sure but if your fish has been bloated for five days, it sounds like an internal bacteria infection. Do you keep feeding, has it eaten more in the past five days?

If your fish is bloated, you should not be feeding him. Either remove the fish to another tank and treat with Epsom salt or do not feed any of the fish until he has passed feces.

thank you for the info Iwill stop feeding him and try to treat
