How do you know?

I was wondering, how you all know if your discus stress? is there any specific?:confused:
How to handel that problem?

Stress bars showing intensely, they may go off their food, maniacal swimming and thrashing around the tank, turning dark are a few ways that indicate stress. Some fish like Red turquois, and any of the wild strains, including domestic wild types, if extremely stressed will actually lose the red in their eyes.

Find the source of the problem. Incorrect water parameters, bad food, shadows, tankmates, disease are things to look at.

I have 8 discus but 2 of them like showing the bar they tankmate 4 angel fish.
Should I try to move two of them to different tank for whale and see them? or..? the water is fine or may be because my pleco sometime he try to be the dominan when every morning I feed them:confused:
