Hi, I have a 90 gal planted discus setup, and want to use metal halide pendants, I can get 250 watts cheaper than 175, will that be overkill or not, I can hang them any height - any one experience in doing that. The 90 has 4 T5's on it and are normal output, while fine, I want more, but not enough to bother my discus.
I have a 20 lb CO2 cylinder and regulator valve, and will be adding the CO2 system very soon (like next week) and also want recommendations for a CO2 reactor. Would I be best to keep my T5's above also when using CO2.
