What are the exact water parameters, any new fish or plants added

it's too late it die already should i set up a new water in my other tank and transfer them into the tank or the dead fish water is fine

on his body it just start showing everywhere still eats but when i got home work it was flip over dead

You have other fish in that tank who may go the same way if you don't act fast....what are you r paramaters? PH, Ammonia, Nitrites Nitrates? If you don't know, say so and we will help.....
