I cant seem to get my ground level tanks clean... Like all the discus poo... The flow from a 1/2 house isnt strong. I drain the tank using a pump.. But stilll cant get poo

The Eheim battery operated pooper scooper might prove useful here. And I bet that's not the proper name. ;)

Heres what i do in this situation with my bb growout tank.
I use a powerhead an 800 gph i fill my bucket with about 2 gallons.
(19 gallon rubbermaid tub) I then start my siphon with my hose and plug the hose into the intake of the powerhead. This creates a wicked vacuum that should get all your poop.

Well i found a trick... I use a small 1/2 python suck up any junk on the B of the tank... once ive cleaned that all up i swhich to a powerhead that fills up my 5gbucket in less then a min. It seems to be the fastest way. I only clean the Bottom 2-3 a week but do 20G water changed a day.... which might be over kill but they love it. thanks
