Oxygen Plus Bio Filter

DID anyone order Oxygen Plus Bio Filter from Drsfosther before?? i just order mine and the filter is not heavy enough to stay ont he bottom of the tank.. why is that??? its keep flowing on top..... I know the base is not heavy enough... DID anyone have the same problem????

is the filter brand new? if is, try to squeeze all the air out of the sponge and put into the tank for few days, eventually it will stay in bottom of them tank after few days!

As mentioned, squeeze it really well under the water and after a few days it will settle. Don't worry....it's all good. ;)
