Tiny white flecks on glass [Archive]

So I got this shipment of bigger fish that has been pretty skittish. I noticed some white spots on fins, but thought maybe it was shipping repairs, and tonight after a wc I sat really close to them and noticed these pin size little white flecs moving around on the acrylic. Is this what flukes look like or is this water lice? What would you do? Also I caught 2 of them flashing on the heater. Other than that they eat well.

you need to clean everything good. You need to cut back on the food, and increase the water changes..You can treat with FMG, but that can hurt the filter.
