What is the best Lighting for Discus?

I'm curious what the best lighting is for Discus. I purchased a beautiful shipment from Kenny's Discus, and I want to showcase them as nicely as possible.

Is is T-5's? If so, should I get the 10K's and Actinics, or the Pink Bulb?

Power Compacts? If so, is 50-50 the best, or just white?

Lots of light, or not very much?

I've got a 72 gallon tank - looking for advice.

I like the pure 10000K daylights for bright colors, but it depends on what's in your tank. Plants or bare bottom? If all you have are discus I'd aim for about 100 watts of white light. There is a lot of personal preference surrounding this though.

I have a barebottom tank with a few plants in the tank but I am sure I could easily have planted tank with my T5 fixture. The colormax and 6700K bulbs blow the colors of my fish CRAZY out of the water! They literally look like they are glowing. There is a slight pink tint but not overwhelming at all. I would fit all my tanks with a T5 fixture for showcase purposes.
