hey guys, right now I have 2 tanks, 1 55gallon and 1 75gallon! I am doing 50%- 75% WC daily on each tank, for the 55gallon I am planing to put just 2 hydro IV to filter the water and for the 75 gallon, I am going to use 2 hydro IV and Aquaclear 70 HOB, so which model for each tank should i buy if I want to go with the fusion air pump? (the only purpose for the air pump is to operate the Hydro IV)

Any air pump will operate the sponge flter. If you plan on running all 4 on one air pump. I would get a pump that is rated for 4 airstones. to big is better than to small and it will not be that expensive. I use a Hagen 802. It will run 4 but I would go one size bigger to the Hagen Maxima.
I have no special love for Hagen. There are many other brands that would work also. Don T.

I was thinking to use fusion 110, it can run up to 110 gallon and run 15 air devices but I am afraid the water pressure will decrease the bubble rate or not enough air pressure to push through the water!

Better to have to much than to little. Typicaly you add more fish tanks so spare air will eventualy get used. Don T.

I am not familiar with that pump but the fusion 700 model should work for both tanks. Don t.

Thats it, the 110 is the one I have. It has 2 outlets and its a beast. Youy will hear nothing except the air bubbles from the spong filters. ;)

I am telling you, it will do it and you will need to adjust the air flow down!
I have my pump setting off the top of my 55, powering 2 sponge filters. Then off the second outlet, it's powering 2 more sponges down below in another 55. There is insane air flow, I am telling you.
