I have a few favorite online stores but I have noticed the price of Rena and Fluval canister filters have taken about a %58 jump in price in the last couple years at these places. In shopping around I see some listing for $50-$55 less, but I am questioning why and are they reputable or would I be getting a reject or no filter material or something? A filter that runs $169 at the places many of us use can be had for $115-$120 at places I've never used, and not just e-bay either. Anyone with first hand info would be appreciated.
