hi everybody,

my pair is laying eggs but the eggs turn to white colour.

my tank is 200 liters (53 galons)

ph almost 7

female about 2 years
male almost 1.5 year

they lay eggs on a driftwood

number of eggs about 80 to 100

water change every 3 days 10 galons

why do you think the eggs are not fertilized?

please advise me

do the UV effect the tank if i use it???

Your water may be too hard. What is your GH and KH?

ph = 7.2

cl2 = 0

you would have to mix your tapwater with reverse osmosis water. Use more RO than tapwater I think. Usually GH is higher than KH, did you test with drops of liquid or with teststrips?

normaly i use TETRA taststrips
