Thanks

I like 82 to 84....Males seem to do better at the lower temps for me.

I've successfully spawned discus from 78F - 88F. I prefer low 80's.

I have a pair in my 125 that are very prolific, my Penang and RSG and the temp is 86 in there. They lay eggs usually twice per week. I haven't removed them to raise any yet so I'm not sure if the eggs hatch well in 86 but it sure doesn't seem to affect their spawning.

free....14,

I doubt that it will hurt anything, but why not just lower the tank temp to 82?
