That is a Leopard Snakeskin (LSS). LSS have 14 vertical bars and have a tighter spotting pattern. A Penang Eruption is a Leopard Snakeskin. Penang Eruption is just the name that the breeder has given to his version of the LSS fish. Wayne Ng calls his Leopard Snakeskin a Sunrise Eruption....he also has another line that he calls a Spotted Eruption....They are all Leopard Snakeskin.
Spotted fish are either:
9 bar = Leopards OR 14 bar = Leopard Snakeskin
Leopard snakeskin.
Penang eruption is merely a type of Leopard Snakeskin.
