tracking threads

Question for all you forum admins. Some forums I frequent have the ability to provide updates on posts by specific people. In other words, you specify whose posts you want to follow and you can get updates on them. Is that possible in this forum?

i think he might mean to follow posts from a specific person rather than just the particular thread that they are currently viewing. this was my interpretation of it but please correct me if i'm wrong her OP

sorry...my bad...if you click on the persons avatar, there is a link to all their posts....scroll down for their latest post....is that what you mean?..probably not..sorry:o

The way I use it on the other forum, I get on email from the forum each week that shows all the posts by that person.

There are probably modifications that allow you to track people on forums but unfortunately it's not something that we use here. The only kind of email digest/tracking that we offer is for subscribed threads.

Hey Rosanne, yeah life sucks. :) Actually, let's see about this. I log on in the morning, at lunch, after work, after dinner, before going to bed. Suppose I could squeeze one or two more times in. ;) God forbid I miss something.
