Eating and breeding?

I have three discus in a 65 that are trying to breed, they laid eggs once yesterday and the eggs lasted for about an hour. The question is; Do breeding discus show less interest in food? For a couple of days I've noticed less consumption and of course I thought the fish fish were sick. But, now this. I guess if I'm trying to breed I show less interest in food:angel: just wondering if discus are the same.

From what I have read on this site and through many books, it is not uncommon for discus to go off their food when they are spawning. ;)
