Anybody's Sterbais get extremely fat. One of my Sterbais just seemed to blow up, literally. He/she is huge but not doing anything strange. Running around fine with the other and eating just fine. Cruising around the tank like a fat hippo. Anybody have that happen with a catfish before?
Thanks

I love sterbais Eddie & have them in two of my tanks. One tank does have bigger sterbais than the other, but nothing really to remark over.
Look forward to the pictures.

Fat with eggs maybe? Just a guess. My striped Raphael Bubba always looks pregnant. I keep him/her well fed though so my cardinals can breathe a sigh of relief.

the albino corys I had looked the same way...I used to wonder how they could park on a large round rock I had in there without rolling off of it. I guess they are just talented. :D

This is off topic, but do you think $10 for a sterbai (small sized) is a good price?

Yes, cheaper than what I paid here in Japan. :(
