My new Wild browns

I just got this guys from Frybabies and they are in QT now. I will get some better pics when they settle in. I just couldn't wait. these are from when I picked them up. This guys are ~ 6"

We are hoping these two are a pair. At any rate they like each other a lot and don't like any others near them. So here's to hoping.

Julia has a group of beautiful wild blues in the six inch range for only $45. If she still has some when this QT is over I will have to pick a couple of them up too.

I would love too, but I think she has 8 of them. I don't have the tank space or $ for all of them. I may have to turn the 75g that is currently my QT into a wild BB tank. :D I could get 4 of them for a total of 6 in the 75g. :D:D:D godd idea. mmmmmm .....maybe.:p

Man, your fish look very nice. I got 4 from Julie back in January, 2 browns and 2 blues, but I was acturally very disappointed with the quality of the fish. Small and poor quality. Bars were all crooked on all the fish and one fish had huge eyes with body so football shaped, I was shocked. I wonder if they are from the same batch or she got new ones in. I also bought two browns from her year and half ago and they were great fish. I mean, awesome, but not with my last order. I guess it helps to pick out the fish in person. Good luck with your new ones.

Could it be your fish were not wild? I can't see how wild caught fish would have been stunted???

Gorgeous Wild Browns you have! I had these years ago they way they would gracefully swim up and down along the tank was amazing to watch! Good luck with them, they are really nice!

Mine were wild 100%. Yes, I was very surprised as well. I got 4 wilds and of the 4, 1 was a very good qulality fish. 2 were C grade and the big eyed, football shaped one was F. But the other two I got year and half ago from her, they were grade A quality.

Yes I saw them and they are high quality IMO very nice coloring and good eye size shape. They were all between 5 and 6.5". I wish I could snatch them all up. But I will have to be content with the Browns and possibly picking up two of the blues.

If you are thinking of getting some, She only has 5 left.

That's too bad, sorry to hear that happened. IDK about that deal. The ones she has right now are awesome. I want them but can't buy them all.

one of my frog plecos. Have 2 in my main discus tank. They are wood eaters and very cool looking. I know it is a bit off topic. But I think they are so cute with the discus.
