Difficult to say Alex. Did the eye look like this all time? Did you have it as a young fish and the eye was fine? Seems like it could have been affected my a bacterial infection at an early age or damaged by another fish at very early age. Is it just the one eye and not the other?

I got this fish one month ago and it hasn't that before. Yeah it is only one eye. The other one is ok.

Then I would say bacterial infection of some sort.
