whats my phenotype?

hi all

i have a 4" PB and 4" snow white possible pair. they show a lot of courting behavior eg fin twitching, cleaning and so on.
question :
Are they at a size where thy could breed, and if they are could i promote breeding? Play Berry White records or something?
From the reading I've don it appears that the PB and snow white are both dominant traits, if this is true what will be the phenotypes of the fry?
