Not to be "that guy" but just so you know sunset hygro is illegal to transport across most state lines. I just don't want you guys to get into trouble if you didn't know the consequences. I may or may not have shipped or received this plant myself..........

Harriet if I was set up I would dive on it in a sec!! :( Keep it growin and give me a lil time. I would love to get some of your clippings!! :)

I have a 125 I think I am going to be redirecting back to the planted tank realm...:D

I just love Sunset Hygro!!

I have a 300 gallon tank and have tried every plant sold in my LFS . . . I just end up with floating dead plant matter. They informed me Hygrophila is the way to go.

If you've tried every plant and can't get anything to survive, then something else is wrong and Hygro "sunset" probably won't survive long either.

There are other species of Hygro besides the illegal Sunset variety.

Legalize Hygrophila polysperma.
