How is it different from Metro ? How do you know if the fish has bacterial infection ? What would cause such bacterial infection ?

Bacteria infections in the gut can also be related to flagellates. Often people treat with metro and BAM, the gut swells and this is then turned into a bacteria infection.

Are you asking about internal bacteria infection symptoms or external?

Internal: Swollen abdomen, clear or stringy feces

External: Fin rot, excess slime, white spots, red streaks in the fins, clamped fins, cloudy eyes, flared gills and a few more
