My BD has been battling something for a little while now, that I can't seem to kick. It started when his female, the Blue Snakeskin was twitching and scratching. I treated with Quick Cure, and that seemed to take care of it.

Now the BD has this gill issue. I retreated with Quick Cure, no change. I'm not sure if it's a parasite issue or a bacterial issue at this point. So, I guess that's what I need to figure out before I proceed any further.

Here are a couple pics of what it looks like. It is only the one side:

Wow Eddie! that's a cool site. It reminds me of troubleshooting trees the Navy uses to fix aircraft discrepancies. LOL! Great link!

Best wishes!

Oh yeah, I deal with them also the USAF. Really good way to find possible solutions. Just as in troubleshooting, if it doesn't fix the problem, you still have other options available on possible fixes. ;)

Good site Eddie, thanks for pointing it out.

I'm not sure it's going to completely help me out, simply because I can't see the gills well enough to determine yes or no on the steps. I have commitment issues. :D

All I really have to go on, is labored breathing, and the exposed gill portion. I can't so much see the rest of the gill area.

Pull the fish, in an instance like this, its best to get down to the bottom if it fast.
