I found an article on the internet that said you should worm your discus after you have treated them with metro .
But it didnt state how long after the metro treatment .

My question is how long after i have finished treating with metro should i start worming my fish .

This really depends on the age of your fish and origin of the fish. Many people use a sequence of prophylactic treatments that depend the source of the fish. Wild caught having the most intense series of treatments IMO.

If you just want to deworm your fish, do it immediately after the metro if you want. How will you be deworming? Levimasole as a bath or Fenbendazole in feed?

Are you worming your fish BECAUSE you treated with metro, or are you worming your fish because you suspect they have worms?
