peat filter gizmos

As many talk about filtering water through peat,,I would love to see some of the set ups and filters that discus people made to filter peat..Any pictures would be a real plus...

My peat tank setup is very basic, just an eheim 2217 cannister stuffed with canadian peat moss circulating the water through a holding tank. One 2217 gives me around 400 liters of 6.5 stable water before the peat is exhausted at which point it is tossed away. I do not recomend peat directly in the discus tank as this could lead to unstable water parameters.
