if one discus is turning dark and looks sick .it looks has some white spots on body.will all my other discus be sick?should i remove the sick discus?

Not always, the other fish may be healthier and are not being stressed out enough. A stressed fish is like a parasite magnet. I would remove that fish to QT and monitor for treatment. First step, I always salt dip a fish going from the main tank, to the hospital tank. This will remove a good amount of parasites from the fish.
