I just looked over that thread real quickly and I didn't notice the recommendation for Levamisole HCL. I just recently had an outbreak of Camillanus worms and diluted 5 grams of levamisole HCL with 88ml of water. I then used 1ml per gallon and after four days all of the worms are gone.

It's recommended to dose twice (the second time after a month from the first dose). Also be sure to do a large vacuum of gravel (if you have gravel) before and after you dose. Levamisole paralyzes the worms, it doesn't kill them. So make sure you vacuum your gravel well.

This is what I have done, and it worked perfectly :)

PS - Levamisole is pretty hard to find but if you ask around, someone will know where to get it! Good luck!

In the US, levamisole is available from Foy's. Never used it, myself, so you're on your own wrt dosage...

Fenbendazole and Levamisole is supposed to both treat this disease. I've had luck with AngelPlus medicated flakes treating this disease.
