I was wondering if there was a list out there that told you what you got by breeding X to X? Like if you bred a blue diamond with a red melon. I am just curious.

That's really not possible in any comprehensive form as too much depends on the individual fishes pedigree. Even the names can't be depended upon to be what the majority of people consider that name to mean.
ie: Some GLSS's are pigeon based and some are golden based. Some RGD's have pigeon in their recent history while others don't. You never know when a Ghost or a brown or? has been bred into a line to add some trait the breeder is looking for.
The best you can do is become familiar with the breeding histories of the various strains and make an educated guess.
