Anyone buy from Aquarium Guys? Any problems?

I placed an order 3 days ago and haven't heard a peep since. Usually I get an e-mail within 12-24 hours letting me know the items have been shipped or back order or something.

Is this typical for them?

I've ordered from them a few times. They did seem to be a little slower then other places in terms of communication, but I've never had any problems with them.
