What kind of filtration do you have?

Also, when you say one treatment of Protazol, how many days?

2 canisters one is 1000 l/h and one is 1200 l/h with spray bar, not much water turbulence. Plus one big air stone.

And I use Protazol (Prazi) by direction of Sera, just one treatment for 6-7 hours.

Thanks

If it is in fact flukes, you will need to retreat with Sera Tremazol (Prazi). The directions actually mention doing another treatment after 7 days. Fluke eggs are unaffected by Praziquantel so only the hatched flukes will be knocked back.

Thanks Eddie for all you advices, you are great.
Situation with fish is not very good,
First I notice one of fish white poo,
And second one of fish has some white spot next to gill.

So I plan to treat full tank with Seachem ParaGuard - http://www.seachem.com/Products/product_pages/ParaGuard.html (http://www.seachem.com/Products/product_pages/ParaGuard.html)
Any other advices are more then welcome…………………………..thanks? :)

I have never used PG before, might help. :o It does have Malachite Green in it so keep tank lights off during treatment.

Take care,
