I'm curious about the checkerboards. Are they albinos? No peppering at all! Where did you get them from?

Hmmm, they don't look like albinos to me and if you really look closely, you see some slight peppering.

I like the jungle effect in the background. The red fish also stand out really well against the green plants, they look great IMHO- but don't add lots of red plants or it will lessen the contrast effect.

Thanks guys!

I am not sure what they are, because I got them from LFS in Chinatown which they don't have English name.
But I guess,
Red ones should be Red Melon
The other two should be Checkbroad ??? (still not sure)
The white one is albino.

Yes, both red melon and checkbroad has peppers. But getting less when they settle down on new environment.

I am so glad you like it!!

What's your feeding regiment?

2 times in the morning
3 times at night
feeding frozen BW and B.shrimp, homemade BH and dry flakes.
Is it too much feeding?

No, it's not too much if you're keeping up with cleaning any leftovers if any and it also depends on quantity fed. My fishes get fed about 8 times a day with 2 heavy feeding 12 hours apart.

Well, I don't think I can feed them 8 times a day, because I only do 25% WC twice a week. (too lazy :D)

But, I use three filters for filtration,
Ehiem classic 2217
Ehiem Ecco 2236
Aquaclear PH 70 with Xp3 filter (added purigen)

Very nice planted tank and discus look great also.
keep up the good work

Thanks CHEF !
