I had left over cod from my previous mix so I froze it. It's been 3 months and am about to make a new mix. Is the frozen cod still good to use?

Should still be good. ;)

All the prawns I use in my mix are frozen first, so I don't think the fish would be any different.

What if there are sulfites added. I think sometimes certain brands of frozen shrimp and other seafood add sulfites to them. Aren't sulfites bad for Discus? Or is the question you froze fresh fish that was not previously frozen and you are asking if it is still okay to use?

I want to try my hand at making my first seafood mix too, but was concerned about the sulfites thing.

I was thinking about the same thing last week when I prepared my beefheart mix .. but my wife reminded mef ... If those frozen seafood fare good enough for me to eat, the fish should be fine.
