Imagine that beuty full of one species/local variant of wild discus, together with mesonauta, heros, angelfish and eartheaters.

Really a great tank!...It does need some Discus...would do so well in there. Would also add some color, because in all honesty, those are some of the dullest, drab fish I ever saw in there...Bill

Wow, that would be a fun living room, but yeah it is sooo dark!!
Would discus survive in their with those fish, being an inclosed area of water?
I would assume so.

that is a great tank! it's dark because it is the natural setting of their environment. i think it was executed marvelously.

Great tank! I would prefer it filled with wild caught discus though.

I love that it's dark...the way I think a set-up like that should look. Dark and peaty. Just the fish are colorless. Wild Discus would be sweet in there. Their colors shine in dark water like his...Bill

amazing tank! looks very natural. a school wild discus would look nice in that tank but i dont think it would be a good idea with those predator fish. feeding the discus would be the hardest part. normally i dont like those fish he has but they go very well with the setup.
