Its the picture Bill, she is pretty average size. Proportionally, for a female, she is very well built. Hopefully looking to pair her with a Blue Scorpion or my Heckel Cross.

I'm quite taken with this fish Eddie, great body-shape, no beakiness and super high fins. I got a couple of juvie BD males that I were hoping would attain a similar shape last year but they kind of developed more bulldog-ish features as they grew out. Very nice fish there mate.

On a side note Charlie (my wife) was looking over my shoulder just now and actually commented 'that is a pretty Discus'. The first time I have ever heard that sentence come out of her mouth! Lol.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU WATANABE (T-AQUA)!!! He sent me this beautiful German Blue Turq and I have her paired with my wonderful male Blue Scorpion from Forrest! The male Blue Scorpion is an amazing dad too so I'm pretty stoked. The spawn is HUGE, like no other any of my pairs have had. I'll try to get a shot of the whole batch once they finish. She is very protective so I had to film from a distance. I think these 2 are gonna be my regulars. ;)

LOL, no no, not a sales gimmick. The breeder is 100% about the his strains. I also wasn't looking for a German Blue Turq per say, just a blue turq. Glad he gave me one from his personal collection. He's a good friend of mine.

Thanks Vera, not gonna cage them. Not concerned if they are successful or not. Just concentrating on growing out my Blue Scorpion Albino Intermediates. It seems like when you don't want any, you got plenty. :o

Thanks Barb, he might have just wanted to have your cone instead LOL. Him and Blue Turq had their last spawn on a regular breeding cone but I think it was too small of a batch, so he ate them. You remember I had the one final cone to swap out, well, this one was it. They seem to really prefer your Wonder Cones!

No Scott, not on the BS X ARD batch, that was the Heckel Cross fry. Had to up the hardness. Now there zero deformities.

No go, Pops ate the eggs. Same with my Albino Pair. I'll look into guarding them on the next spawn. At the moment, I don't have the time for any fry. Got alot on my plate and preparing for my trip in June. The whole family is going on vacation, so we'll be away for a month. I'll be attending the NADA show also. ;)
