Treating with Vermisol (levamisole)

Ok so I will be treating a 29 gallon tank with Vermisol soon and I need some help at figuring out the dosage I should use.

This is the product Im getting: http://www.foyspigeonsupplies.com/catalog/586.html

However I dont think I should be dosing with those directions as it looks like its ment for birds...
