quick RO/PH question.

im just wondering, suppose you have a PH of 7.6-7.7, if you run that water thru an RO unit, will it lower the PH or no?

Yes it would, but as RODI water has absolutely no buffers it's ph can swing dramatically with trace amounts of akaline or acidic water, this is why you add buffers after the fact.
