i am using metal clip to hold my hose together with the pipes in my tank.will this piece of metal have effect on my discus in long term?

i think its aluminium metal like a clip.

Good quality stainless steel or aluminum should be OK but I would avoid it if I was you.

I just remove and used plastic clip. Thanks for suggestions mjs.
