Guys my discus laid eggs!!! They are stuck to the glass behind a bogwood. I've only had them for 2 weeks.

Will my scavengers eat them? What am I gonna do? I'm so happy!

This is good practctice for them. When you are ready for them to raise fry you need to put them in a breeding tank by themselves.

Liz can I save this batch by removing the tank partners? I don't know if the're fertilised after all.

You can try if you like. But the pair will most likely lay again in a week or so.

The eggs are all still there. Not a single one eaten. They are white however.

then they were not fertilized. if your goal is to start breeding these discus; then i would do as Liz suggested and putting them in their own breeding tank. this is only advisable, if, and only if, you have the right water parameters to even start breeding. do you have a TDS meter?
