Grindal or White worms?

So I bought a "culture" of white worms from someone local. But after searching online and this forum, I am not sure whether I have grindal worms or white worms.

Can any one here explain how to tell what kind of worms I have?
(hmmm... sounds like such a weird question to ask. lol)

Also for a nutritional stand point and fat content, how much difference are they?

The only difference as far as i can tell is size. The Grindell are smaller than White and the Banana are smaller than Grindell.I had all tyhe above and fed them by size according to the size of the fry with good results.Also Vinegar Eels are great food and are even smaller than BB and will live for 24 hrs in the tank.2 day old fry eat them like crazy.Hope this helps.
