Hi Guys, here you are some pix of my tank.. I'm pretty new in this forum, before getting my discus a did search a lot of useful information in this site .. I have 3 red Marlboro tinny guys.. they are around 3 inches.. very active , wc every other day as food they take pellet, blood worm, and flakes--My brother gave me this guys cause he has been breeding them in the past... these lils were left behind, so he just adopted them. I have a 30gls from what i see in this forum is too small for them... my brother just say that they can do really well, but if they start mating one have to be remove... in the mean time , they are doing well, with some cardinals , local plants (panama republic-central america) and 3 corydoras... temp 87 , no heat pad need it...every other parameters, ph , nitrate etc are controlled...I will appreciate if you left me any comments... i yes, i gotta upgrade them to 55gal at least---

A 30 is ok for a grow out tank. It is not ideal, but you can work with what you have. I think you are doing fine with frequent water changes and good feedings. While not the recommended way to start your discus experience, you have now gotten your feet wet and I am sure you will be hooked.

Oh, and by the way, your tank looks great. The plants look very clean and healthy.
