Tank belongs to a friend; quite amazing isn't it?

Take care,

They are beautiful. Looks like a Discus nursery. Love how the two pair have all the other fish in the tank cowering in the corner.

Those are some nice fish there. I really like those pairs. Any wigglers yet?

Thanks guys. There were wrigglers but they inevitably end up being eaten by the parents a few days after hatching. I am going to try raising the albino fries artificially.

Absolutely beautiful fish!

I'm happy to see that it's possible to have more than one pair in the same tank since I'm thinking of getting a couple of Blue Diamonds and getting rid of my Pigeon Blood and one of my Red Turks to add a bit more color to my tank. I have a Golden Sunrise and CB Pigeon that are laying eggs two times a week in my 60G planted tank. About 2 weeks ago I had the first batch with wrigglers that made it to the free swimming stage, but were systematically and promptly eaten by my cardinal tetras. Last week I pulled the second batch of wrigglers out and a friend took on the task of trying to raise them away from the parents which I can't do since I travel allot for work. One of them is still alive. Another batch (much larger) hatched yesterday so we're going to try to raise them as well.

I also have a similar situation. I have seven in a 75 gal, (two pairs). They usually alternate spawning, but only had two sets of wigglers. The wigglers and eggs also end up as lunch (actually, more like a mid night snack if you want to be technical).

One of these days I'm gonna empty one of my tanks for breeding. I would have to sell two of my Koi Angels but I just can't seem to part with them.
