Nice clean setup. What is your fertilizer maintanece regime. My tank was doing great for about 8-9 months then erupted in algae. I am still stugling to get it undercontrol about 3 months later. I think I have just made some headway though. Keep up the good work.

Too much phosphates? You might want to try a pad that removes phosphates - not nec. the issue, but an inexpensive first attempt.:D

I was doing the PPS fert system found here --> http://www.aquaticplantcentral.com/forumapc/pps-analysis-feedback/

But I have stopped due to algae blossums, so for the last 90 days I have done nothing, I monitor my nitrate and make sure its not over 20ppm, I do at least 50% water changes weekly and this thing has just taken off!!!

Hi,

What a wonderful job!!!

Can you explain possibly how you did the light and bubbles in the tank that are coming out of the log (assuming a log)?

I am setting up a 95 gallon wave tank planted and like the look you have.

Thank you,

"The Stump" is plastic, inside is a small pump with an air line that goes to the surface, on top of the pump is a 3 led light set up. I bought the setup from my LPS, he has several different types. Here is a link to the one I have --> http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+6635+20400&pcatid=20400

the one thing I did not like about it is that the pump has a small foam filter on it that likes to clog up rather fast (had to clean mine every week).
