Can rubber plecos be kept with discus?

Would a rubber pleco eat the slime coat off of discus? It seems like they wouldn't but I don't know...

They will not bother the discus - they are very peaceful.

Consider this, that most ruber plecos, aka Chaestoma, come from andine highland rivers, so they are used to higher dissolved oxygen and cooler waqter temperatures than discus thrive in.
