bring shrimp - how long do they live in the discus tank

ok, if you hatch them and scoop them into the discus fry tank, how long will they live for in the fresh water?

Not too long, about 12 hours I would guess, but by that time, you would've done a water change to maintain pristine water quality.

I have seen them alive in my tanks as long as 10 hours later. I fed that morning and when I returned from work their were some still swimming. I don't know if that is normal or not.

I have seen them alive at least 12 hours in my fry tank.
