Hi, I would like to know if brine shrimp eggs actually have a shelf life or expiry date, I'm talking about the sealed vacum cans.....

I would suspect that anything that has an expiry date would have a shelf life even if not opened. I think the only possible negative factor would be the lower hatching rate or possibly no hatching at all.
I bought a un-opened can at an auction that had no expiry date from Angels Plus...later to find the hatch rate was zero.
I would not spend the money but that only my 2 cents.

If they are kept in the freezer they are probably fine. If they were allowed to stay hot then they will probably not be any good.

Brine Shrimp left out at room temp will surely bring the hatching rate down especially if
they were out over a year. Try using some bleach, this will help.
