without knowing the lineage of the parent fish you wont know till you breed them, the ones with albino crosses will produce intermediates, some more experienced breeders may have more experience.... HTH

so the intermediates then crossed back, will produce a purer strain i guess.

i guess there is no easy way to tell huh

Snow whites, whilst the F1 will be albino carriers.

White faced looking butterfly, it got something to do with that gene of the snow white, its like crossing a solid red with a snow white, you will get red whites. Again, you will get albino carriers in the F1.
