I currently mix 50% tap and 50% r/o. I noticed last week my 'aged water' has a slightly(less than 10%) higher TDS reading than the tank. The tank is 72 gallon with 5 discus/2 cory's. I have 1 large sponge and one small together with my wet/dry Eheim 2227. Could the eheim be that efficient in driving the TDS value down? I also have several onces of peat and driftwood in the tank together with chem-pure in the pro-substrat...not sure if the combo of these could be resulting in a lower TDS reading. Thanks in advance...Ray

Eddie..I'm not..just couldn't fiqure out why my storage water had a higher TDS reading than my tank. I'm still not sure the calibration is not off on my TDS..Ray
