bought this as a red turq , but would just likee that confirmed .

Without the fancy names, I too would call it Red Turqs even though it shows some spots on the anal fin, could be RT x Leopard to enhance the looks?

yes there is some slight spotting on the anal fin , altho it is not that pronounced . as for wether it is crossed with a leopard , i wouldnt have a clue how to tell

Ask the person you bought it from, they should give you a better definative answer.
