Will micron cartridges filter out meds?

I'm doing a Prazi Pro treatment for the next few days and would still like to use the Mag HOT w/Micron Cart to keep the water polished but don't know if the cart will filter out the med? I know carbon will, but what about the micron cart? I wouldn't think so, but thought I'd check first with the experts.

Nope, you'll need carbon to do that. Or just do a 100% wc.

Thanks, I don't want to filter the meds, just keep the water polished with the micron cart while the meds are still in there. I was hoping the cart would not filter the meds out.
