Well, its a start at least. Got a package in the mail today from Thatfishplace.com. Along with a catalog they sent a letter letting me know that while my photo submission did not make it to the cover, it was a finalist and did make it to Page 15. So anyone that gets Thatfishplace catalog, check my picture out on page 15!! :) Its of my White Butterfly pair.

My next step is the cover ;) And TFH.

Congrats Matt, it is a start! Bet if you wait a few months and submit some pics of those new AF's they would give you cover. Funny but most pics of Discus I've seen over the years in the catalogs have all been some variety of Turk. They are the classics.

Problem is, its tough to get a great discus shot that they want on the cover...in a bare tank. Magazines are all about all the colors and surroundings too. So maybe I can work on something to remedy that.

Liz i'm working on a website/gallery type of deal to keep all of my keepers in. Photobucket is to jammed packed with other stuff to, closing in on the 900 image mark there...and I don't usually open that up publically. I'll keep you informed though.

I'd show the original picture, but at the moment my desktop computer is down for the count. Building a new computer (another expensive hobby of mine) this coming week.
